Jill Osmerg Principal Email
Jill Osmerg has proudly served in Fulton County for the last 12 years. With 22 years in education, she spent 11 years as a classroom teacher across various grade levels and settings. In 2013, Ms. Osmerg began her leadership journey as a Curriculum Support Teacher, followed by her role as Assistant Principal at Woodland Elementary. In 2021, she became the Assistant Principal at Abbotts Hill Elementary, where she has served for the past 3 years.
Ms. Osmerg holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree in Elementary Education from Spring Hill College. She also earned a Specialist degree in Teacher Leadership from Mercer University and an Educational Leadership add-on certificate from the University of West Georgia.
Ms. Osmerg enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, including her husband Lars and their two children, James and Jack, who both attend Abbotts Hill Elementary. She values the relationships she has built with the students, families and staff at Abbotts Hill and looks forward to continuing to foster those as principal. She values teamwork and growth and believes that “Together, we make a difference!”

Melissa Musto Assistant Principal Email
Melissa Musto is excited to serve as the Assistant Principal at Abbotts Hill Elementary School, where they are dedicated to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and high-achieving environment for both students and staff. With over 19 years of experience in education, Ms. Musto brings a strong commitment to academic excellence, student well-being, and community engagement.
Before becoming Assistant Principal, Ms. Musto served as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, and district literacy program specialist. This diverse background in curriculum development, teacher leadership, and data-driven decision-making has equipped her to support the school in continuously improving educational outcomes.
Ms. Musto holds a Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Georgia State University and is passionate about empowering students to reach their full potential. She believes in the importance of creating a safe and respectful learning space where every student feels valued, heard, and encouraged to grow.
Outside of school, Ms. Musto enjoys volunteering in the local community, reading, and spending time with family. She looks forward to collaborating with students, teachers, and families to create a school culture that promotes success for all.

Denise Holmes Curriculum Support Teacher Email
Hello! My name is Denise Holmes, and I am excited to serve as your Curriculum Support Teacher. I am committed to fostering an environment where all students, teachers, staff, and parents feel valued and heard. I am passionate about helping all students reach their full potential through meaningful instruction.
I earned my bachelor’s degree from Albany State University and master’s degree from Cambridge College. I started my teaching career as a middle school Health and Physical Education teacher in 1999. After a few years, I started my journey as a K-5 elementary school teacher.
During my free time, I enjoy reading, jogging, playing tennis, cycling, skiing, volunteering in community service activities, and spending time with family and friends. I have a daughter who graduated from the University of Georgia and a son that is a Junior at Kennesaw State University.
I am proud to be an Abbotts Hill Jaguar! I am committed to serving our students, celebrating our achievements, and building community ties at Abbotts Hill Elementary School. Let’s go JAGUARS!

Jennifer Henn Literacy Coach Email
My name is Jenn Henn, and I am excited to serve as the Literacy Coach at Abbotts Hill! Originally from Costa Rica, I spent my childhood in Texas (Go Cowboys!) before settling in the Atlanta area, where I’ve been a proud resident for over 25 years.
I hold a bachelor’s degree from Brenau Women’s College, a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Lesley University, and a specialist degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!). Throughout my career in education, I’ve had the privilege of serving students, families, and staff in Johns Creek schools. I’ve taught kindergarten, first, and third grades and worked as an Early Intervention Program (EIP) teacher for grades K-5 in both reading and math. I also served as an MTSS Chair, supporting students and teachers in meeting diverse academic and behavioral needs.
My passion lies in empowering teachers, students, and families through literacy. I firmly believe that fostering a love for reading and learning is the foundation for lifelong success. As the Literacy Coach at Abbotts Hill, I am dedicated to supporting educators in creating meaningful learning experiences while strengthening the important connection between school and home.
Throughout my career, I have worked to bring teachers and parents together to support student success. I am committed to ensuring that every child has access to equitable education and developing programs that enhance their learning opportunities throughout the school day.
I look forward to partnering with you to nurture a passion for reading and learning in our students. Together, we can inspire them to become confident, lifelong learners.

Livia Muse-Johnson IST Email
Livia Muse-Johnson has proudly served the Fulton County community for the past 13 years. As a passionate advocate for students and families, she is deeply committed to supporting the emotional, social, and educational well-being of every child she serves. With a strong belief in the power of connection and communication, Ms. Muse-Johnson values building meaningful relationships with students, families, and staff.
She holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree and brings a wealth of experience and heart to her work every day. Originally from New Orleans, she is a diehard Saints' fan. Ms. Muse-Johnson is a proud foodie who enjoys discovering new cuisines and cultures through travel. When she is not at school, she loves spending quality time with her children, dog, and family members.
Ms. Muse-Johnson is dedicated to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels seen, heard, and supported. She believes in the strength of community and collaboration, and looks forward to continuing her journey as an advocate and leader in education.
