Birthdays and Celebrations
Click on the Birthday Treat Celebration Form to learn how to order convenient options for smart celebrations at AHES!
- Contact the cafeteria manager at least 10 days in advance of the date that the class is to have the treat (Example: Date of celebration is the 12th, contact the manager by the 2nd), to ensure that the treats will be available.
- Parents may pay using check (made payable to Abbotts Hill Cafe), cash, or the student's meal pay plus account (General Account). * Print and complete the Birthday Treat order form and send the order form and payment to the school if using cash, check or the student's meal pay plus (general account). This must be done at least 2 days prior to the date the class is to have the treat and after verifying with the cafeteria that the treat is available.
*If using your student's meal pay plus account (General Account), submit payment and send an email with order information to the cafeteria manager at mailto:KleinR1@fultonschools.org. This must be done at least 2 days prior to the date when the class is to have a treat. Please make the cafeteria aware of any known allergies in the student's class.
